School-Based Services

Valley Professionals offers school-based primary care and behavioral health services making it even easier to access quality and affordable health care. Request an appointment to be seen at school in the Health Center (Room 114) by one of our Family Nurse Practitioners. Every student is eligible to receive health care services when they turn in their completed enrollment form signed by a parent or guardian.
